Save Food, Good Future - Let's Celebrate Earth Day!

We invite people of all generations to come and learn more about the value of food, a sustainable food supply chain, and ways to reduce food waste at home. On 𝟮𝟰-𝟮𝟱𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭 at 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗿, the last weekend of April will be packed with fun activities waiting for you and your family! (Kids friendly as well)

On 24th April, we have 4 activities to enjoy! Start from, 15:00 - 16:30, 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 & 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗪𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, let’s learn how to cook a delicious meal with more plants and less waste left behind, teach by Deliconscious – อร่อยอย่างมีสติ and Green Monday accepting 15 people for only 400 THB each!. Then, 16:30-18:00, we would like to invite everyone to learn 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀𝗼𝗳𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 by the famous, wasteland Bangkok, learn how to make cordial and soft drinks from overlooked parts of ingredients in home-kitchen to mix it with soda or other usages, you can do it at your home! Also 400 THB each open for 15 people only!!! At 18:30 - 20:00, SOS Thailand set up 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 for everyone to join and learn how to turn your food waste in your household to become the good food for your soil and your plants! Learn how to easily manage food waste at home, opening for 15 seats for only 400 THB per person. Last but not least we have, 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱, 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, engaging discussion with industry experts on how to build a better & sustainable food system, meeting the representative from Meet the representatives from Scholars of Sustenance Thailand - SOS Thailand, Laika, Happy Grocers, More Meat, Wasteland Bangkok, and Yindii


On 25th April 2021, we being with the new session of the sustainability workshop from 10:00 - 12:00 with 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗧𝗶𝗲𝗗𝘆𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗪𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 by Fashion Revolution Thailand that you can learn how to repurpose food scraps by turning them into natural dyes with only 900 THB per person. At 13:00 - 14:30, we have 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 led by 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮 from Salvage Supper club 𝗮𝗻𝗱 Happy Grocers to Learn how to preserve food and increase its health benefits with 600 THB per person. Then at 14:30 - 16:00, we will have another compost workshop session by Scholars of Sustenance Thailand - SOS Thailand. Then, we have the highlight of the event at 18:00 - 20:00, led by Chef Daniel Bucher on the Surplus Supper Club, the exclusive chef’s table dining experience prepared by a professional chef using all ingredients from SOS surplus food only 1,800 THB per person!

PlanToys, 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮 is also available throughout the day for small kids to learn through-play about food waste.
